Our Nourish Ladies are heading out for a walk around the Orewa Estuary loop! This is a great chance to connect with other Coast women (and chatting with friends makes the exercise part a lot more enjoyable!).

If this sounds like you, pull on your sneakers and join the ladies at 9am at the Millwater Metro Carpark. All women (ages 13-99) are welcome and we’d love to have you there!
