Our heart is for everyone at Coast to experience growth in faith and life. We provide different training opportunities to help make this happen. Here are a few of the pathways for training, upskilling, and investing in our people.

Alpha

Alpha is a fantastic series of interactive sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Each session looks at a different question, and is assigned to create conversation. There’s no pressure and no charge; it’s just an open, informal, and honest space to explore and discuss life’s big questions together.

Group Leader Training

Coast Groups are a key place of connection, building community and growth. If you're interested in leading a Group of some kind, we provide training to help make your group a success. We can provide resources, practical advice, and more. 

Internships at Coast

Want to step into a year of adventure, challenge, fun and growth as a follower of Jesus? In our internships, you will experience firsthand the creative and community activities of Coast Vineyard Church. You will: learn theology, get together with other interns, learn about leadership and ministry and life, gain experience in many ministries while specialising in an area of your choice, and be mentored in personal character formation/growth. You will grow in risk-taking, spiritual formation, and understanding the heart of the Vineyard movement.
