We are running a training night for anyone wanting to lead at Coast Vineyard. This will provide important training on Coast Vineyard philosophy, priorities, values, and practices and will provide you with valuable leadership skills and tools.

Leadership, at any level and in any environment, makes a lasting impact on people’s lives so we want to steward this well. We anticipate that everyone leading at Coast will go through this Vineyard Leadership Training so we’ll be running it twice a year as we go forward. This foundational training will become a prerequisite for all new leaders at Coast, ensuring our hearts and efforts are pulling in the same direction wherever we lead in our church community.

Attending will not commit you to leading anything or guarantee that you can lead. However, it provides a great opportunity to co-discern the next steps of your leadership journey and discover the essentials of leadership at Coast Vineyard.
